Conditions
- If you don't use the float during the month it rolls over to the following month.
- Guest passes are $89 for SoulClub members (for anyone floating at the same time as the member) and additional floats for members can be purchased at $89 and can be used anytime.
- Please see our policies for cancellation, rescheduling and no-show here.
- SOULCLUB is month to month, auto-renewal.
- If you are traveling, you can pause your membership for up to 3 months.
- SOULCLUB Membership is not transferable, or able to be shared with other people.

Clients must sign the General Liability Waiver prior to their appointment. Waivers will be sent via email after booking an appointment with Soulex.
How do I sign the waivers?
Once you book your appointment you’ll be sent a a confirmation email with our General Liability Wavier hyperlink via email to read and sign. Please check your inbox and spam folder to make sure you sign it prior to your appointment.
Yes. In order to book, an account has to be set up and all bookings are pre-paid.
We are by appointment only. Out of respect for our staff if a cancellation is necessary, we require at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. If you fail to do so, a $50 fee will be charged to the payment method on the account. If the appointment is canceled within 2 hours, the float session will be forfeited from your account.
All sales are final. Any refunds will be given as a credit to the account to use for future purchases. All sessions or packages have one-year expiration date.
