Yes. In order to book, an account has to be set up and all bookings are pre-paid.
We are by appointment only. Out of respect for our staff if a cancellation is necessary, we require at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. If you fail to do so, a $50 fee will be charged to the payment method on the account. If the appointment is canceled within 2 hours, the float session will be forfeited from your account.
All sales are final. Any refunds will be given as a credit to the account to use for future purchases. All sessions or packages have one-year expiration date.
