To book your appointment:

  1. Select an appointment type;
  2. Select a date range from the calendar; and
  3. Click on “Search” to find open slots.


*Customers must sign the Mindbody waivers prior to your appointment. Waivers will be sent via email after booking an appointment with Soulex.

Check the calendar to see if the time you want is available. If you don’t see a suitable time, please phone 202.289.0010 so that we can assist.

SOULEX float spa Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Our services are offered by appointment only. Out of respect for our staff, if a cancellation, or any changes, to your appointment is necessary, we require at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. In order to allow our clients to keep their unused float sessions, a $50 Late Cancellation Fee will be charged to the credit card on file in the event of cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled session. Accounts with a negative balance must be settled before their next float session.

Late Arrival Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we can only offer you the time remaining in your float. In some cases the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

No Show: No shows will result in a 100% service charge. The session booked will be forfeited from the account.

Refunds: Float packages and products can only be returned as store credits. All sales are final.

All sales are final. Any refunds will be given as a credit to the account to use for future purchases. All sessions or packages have one-year expiration date.
